At Alvixora, we want you to feel confident shopping with us. If for any reason you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we’re here to help.

1. Return Eligibility

You have 30 days from the date your item is delivered to request a return. To be eligible for a return:

  • The product must be unused and in its original condition.

  • All original packaging and tags must be intact.

  • You must provide a receipt or proof of purchase.

Items sent back without prior approval or returned without contacting our service team first may not be accepted.

3. Defective, Damaged, or Incorrect Items

Please inspect your order upon delivery. If your item is damaged, defective, or incorrect, contact us immediately so we can help resolve the issue quickly.

4. Non‑Returnable Items

Some items may not be eligible for return, including but not limited to:

5. Exchanges

If you would like a different item instead of a refund, the best way is:

  1. Initiate the return for the original item.

  2. Once the return is accepted, place a new order for the replacement item.

6. Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you of the status of your refund.

If approved:

  • Refunds will be issued to your original method of payment.

  • Please allow up to 10 business days for the refund to be processed and appear on your account.

Your bank or card issuer may take additional time to post the refund.
